Ernesto and Alberto were good friends and used to live comfortably with rich people. They were used to not living in bad conditions like storms. They have faced many dangers and many dramas. Yet, there are things that Ernesto had learned. What did he learn?
Ernesto and Alberto went to South America to help people from great sickness. South America is located at the south of North America and the north of the south Atlantic Ocean. While in their journey Ernesto has seen many people polluting in cities and many poor people. He learned from here is that many people do not have fair and rich lives.
For example,as Ernesto and Alberto continued their journey they met many people and got stories from them. Most of the stories that they heard was that some hardworking poor people get kicked out or fired from their jobs or home. They met a mining couple that got kicked out from their own homes.they lived in hardships and through struggles.
Ernesto and Alberto were through many experiences and sometimes find shelter.Although, many people they see get sick. Since Ernesto is a doctor, he helps the people who are sick. He tries everything to help them. Yet, he knows he couldn't do it.But, he does know, that the people are fighting back so hard to avoid the sickness that they are going through.
For example, while on their journey they met an old woman who was very sick. Ernesto came for her help to cure her. He tried everything and the best that he could do. Although, he told the old woman everything would be all right, he knew he couldn't do it. He felt bad for letting down the old woman. Ernesto looked straight into the eye and knew that the old woman is also trying everything she could do to stop the sickness.
Finally, Ernesto and Alberto finally got to San Piablo to cure the sickness. They used boats, motorcycles, cars, and etc. to get to where they needed to go. During there, Ernesto and Alberto were helping the people with leprosy. There were struggles that were happening to some people. Yet, they still had fun. Ernesto and Alberto woul play soccerwith the people who had leprosy. Alberto even played the drums with one guy who was sick. Ernesto loved the people there and wanted to help them again someday.
In conclusion, Ernesto learned that no matter what the struggle people have they never give up and always continue their lives. In this long adventure he had seen mountains, tress, lakes, cities, and etc. Yet, the most important thing that he has seen is courage! So, no matter how much the damage is you should always try to fix it. He has changed to become a better and more understandable person.

Change is a transition to better or worse. Environment is nature. Humans are people, who do amazing things. Ernesto "Che" Guevara learned a lot on his journey around South America. There are five things that helped him learn:region, movement, place, location, and human-environment interaction.

There are many, many differnt types of regions and climates in South America. In central South America it is mostly blazing hot. However in others its frezzing cold. Ernesto had no food for dinner so he jumped into a lake to cathch a duck. Later he had a serious asthma attack. Ernesto was facing a life or death situation.
Many people move out of South America beacuse of a lack of jobs. Ernesto and lberto came a cross a couple. They where and search for jobs, they had to abandon their son. In the morning the husband got a job, leaving his wife all alone, by herself. There and then they realized life isn't easy for everybody.
There are a lot of famous placesd in South America. However, there are hidden places that are just as important. There is an island one side has victims of leprosy, the other side has their doctors. Ernesto and Alberto hekped with the patients, however Ernesto had a special relationship with a women named Silvia. The doctors called Silvia "a stubborn patient." Some how Ernesto came through to her. He had a special gift of making people think everything is going to be alright.
There are so many different locations, its hard to count them all.He went to Chile,Peru,Venezuela, and Colombia. In every single one of those places he learnt something. However the most important thing he learned was how to give back. When he met that couple he gave them the last of his money ($15). Ernesto has a wise mind, but also a big heart.
South America is known for their exports and imports. Venezuela has one the largest oil and natural gas reserves. Mexico and Venezuela use their supplies to make their own energy desires, also for exports. It wouild be an honor to come from a country this wealthy.
In conclusion Ernesto "Che" Guevara learned a lot from his journey. He learned about helping, also about giving back. People shouldn't like him because others do. Take the time and really read about this great man and leader.

enviornment is the air, water, minerals, organisms, and all other external factors surrounding and affecting a given organism at any time. Human means of, pertaining to, characteristic of, or having the nature of people.condition means fit or requisite state: to be out of condition; to be in no condition to run.do to the in formation given to you do you think that ernesto and alberto are good people? Yes they are good people because they both care for others even when they are not related.
The enviornment for south america is not that bad. Meaning that they don't have that many bad things happening to their country. If they did than they would have so many environment damages. Such as their trees dying, water going to waste and their air dying. Their environment is also not that bad because they take care of it.
The people that live in South America don't get treated the way they are supposed to. The person that found this out was Ernesto and Alberto. They both went traveling from place to place in South America. They went to Puerto Rico and other contries. Alberto and Ernesto both were very bright men.
The condition that Ernesto and Alberto were in was very bad. Alberto thought that everything was fine until the day of Ernesto's birthday. That day they both celebrated his birthday in Puerto Rico. The day of Albertos birthday he made a speech. That speech made Ernesto change his mind about everything.
Ernesto saw everything as if it was fine. But Alberto saw things as if everything needed to be changed. That day when Ernesto saw the real world Alberto did something very stupid. He wanted to spend his birthday on the other side of the lake. So he swam across.
Alberto died in 11 January 1966. Ernesto died in October 9th, 1967. They both died as bright and wonderful men. Ernesto has a daughter that lives in Cuba. She is about 46 years old.
You can use these facts if you are doing a report on them. Or if you just want to learn some facts about them. When you read about them you will find out what people have been talking about when they say that "they are really bright men". They helped people find out what they are to them. This is how bright people and myself think Ernesto and Alberto are.

  5. Ernesto Guevara was a cuban revolutionist who was a good friend of Fidel Castro.Envioroment is the area around us and how we live.Alberto Granado was known for being the traveling companion of Che guevara.Che's life was changed by the enviorment around him by knowing that other people have less than what he has.

All of the mountains in chile and argentina posed as an obstacle for the two adventurer's, one of the worst was to climb all the way up one and then all the way down. The bad part was that they had to walk it all instead of using the destroyed bike --the mighty one-- due to brake's and steering problem's. The envioroment in argentina was an hot climate and dirt road's,in chile it was mixed some was full of snowy mountain's and then some was really cold.

Driving through south america on a motorcycle the two heroes continously had to walk the bike or walk on feet.At some time's of this journey they would go on water, for example a very nice doctor in chile gave the two men tickets for a ferry ride to San Pablo, Peru.It was to bad that they had to walk most of the time over mountains feids by river's and in the deserty weather.

  7. The begining of Che's adventure starts in buenos aires, his hometown where he lived for his childhood. He then moves on to his girlfriend's house, his girlfriend chichina who lives in argentina. While at her house she gives him fifeteen american dollars that's very rare. One of their stop's is the incan empire Machu-Piccu where Che continues his diaries of their adventures which became a autobiography. The adventure's ending was at the city of carucus, venezuela where Alberto stood to continue his studies and Che took a plane back to buenos aires.

A lot of people in south america live in a rural area in which they farm and grow cash crops. In the movie Che and Alberto pass by many farms where people make food and sell for pocket money.Farmlife is very hardwork and most times it pays off, richer people could run or buy you off the land for their purposes so your left being the people that Che and Alberto saw on their travels. Many farmer's live hard and productive live that have to continously grow food feed animals and keep land safe.

  8. Being on the island with the sick people Che learned that even people who are sad can smile longer. On this island the patient's,doctor's, and nun's speak south america's navive langage of spanish.South america is full of mountain's,river's and desert's scattered everywhere in all countries. In south america during the movie what the two saw a lot of was leprosy a skin disease that causes gory spots.

In The MotorCycle Diaries Che Guevara and Alberto Granado are on a very extreme journey throughout the southern american continent. They have gone over mountain's,took boat's over river's and have drove a destructive motorcycle throut many countries.Che continued his journeys without Alberto and joined the cuban revolution. It was then that Che was captured and killed by the american CIA. His daughter still continues to carry on his legacy in cuba where she still live's.

Ernesto "Che" Guevera: was an Argentine Marxist revolutionary, physician, author, intellectual, guerrilla leader, diplomat and military theorist. South America: is the southern continent of the Americas, situated in the Western Hemisphere and mostly in the Southern Hemisphere, with a relatively small portion in the Northern Hemisphere. Human condition: can be described as the irreducible part of humanity that is inherent and not connected to gender, race, class. Yes, "Che's" life was changed by the enviroment and human condition of the people in South America as he and Alberto traveled through the continent. If he would of never seen the misery in South America, then Ernesto would probably be alive.
Ernesto Guevara was born to Celia de la Serna y Llosa and Ernesto Guevara Lynch on June 14, 1928 in Rosario, Argentina, the eldest of five children in an Argentine family of Spanish, Basque and Irish descent. In lieu of his parents' surnames, his legal name (Ernesto Guevara) will sometimes appear with de la Serna, or Lynch accompanying it. In reference to Che's "restless" nature, his father declared "the first thing to note is that in my son's veins flowed the blood of the Irish rebels." Very early on in life Ernestito (as he was then called) developed an "affinity for the poor." Growing up in a family with leftist leanings, Guevara was introduced to a wide spectrum of political perspectives even as a boy. His father, a staunch supporter of Republicans from the Spanish Civil War, often hosted many veterans from the conflict in the Guevara home.
One way that Ernesto life changed was when he saw how one river could separate many things. On their visit to Peru, they saw how people with lepersi were put in houses across the Amazon River. People with the illness went through a lot. Nobody was allowed to touch them without gloves, yes people could of gotten sick but for me, it was not fair at all. That is when Ernesto decided to show them he didn't really cared if he got sick so he didn't use the gloves to examine them.

  11. Ernesto was a very serious person. During his travel I noticed he'd changed that. Not in a bad way but he was more honest than ever before. When Dr.Hernandez gave the book for him to read. Ernesto didn't like it at all, he told the man straight up, " I'm sorry Dr.H but this books sucks." Dr.Hernandez actually thanks Ernesto and said, "This is the first time after along time someone has told me the truth, so Thank you." Yes, I think this a very good changed.
Ernesto also saw how people used to differenciat rich from poor. While rich people got anything they wanted, poor people got less. Rich people use to study, Poor people didn't get that privelege. Some minor classes barely ate, upper classes always ate. They would kill poor people and make them work. That was really really sad.
In Chile, Guevara found himself enraged by the working conditions of the miners in Anaconda's Chuquicamata copper mine; and moved by his overnight encounter in the Atacama Desert with a persecuted communist couple who didn't even own a blanket, describing them as "the shivering flesh-and-blood victims of capitalist exploitation." Additionally, on the way to Machu Picchu high in the Andes, he was struck by the crushing poverty of the remote rural areas, where peasant farmers worked small plots of land owned by wealthy landlords. Later on his journey, Guevara was especially impressed by the camaraderie among those living in a Leper Colony, stating "The highest forms of human solidarity and loyalty arise among such lonely and desperate people."
Yes, "Che's" life was changed by the enviroment and human condition of the people in South America as he and Alberto traveled through the continent. If he would of never seen the misery in South America, then Ernesto would probably be alive. He traveled all around South America and he got to his destination happy and safe. years later he got killed. this deffenetly changed his life.

Environment is an external factor surrounding and affecting a given organisim at any time. An experience is a particular instance of personally encountering or undergoing something. A travel is to go from one place to another. While Ernesto was traveling across South America he experienced a change in personality due to what he saw during his travels.

    Question-
Using the funnel method, explain how Ernesto “Che” Guevara’s life was changed by the environment and human condition of the people in South America as he and Alberto traveled through the continent. Use the five themes of Geography to help you explain your answer.

    Funnel Method Introduction Paragraph-

Environment can be described as your surroundings or the things that are around you. Ernesto “Che” Guevara was a Communist inspirational leader who journeyed to the northern tip of Venezuela to complete his training as a doctor. Human condition can be defined as the kind of environment that a human is living in. The environment and human condition of the people in South America changed Ernesto Guevara’s life and caused him to have a new perspective of life which was that we should all be united. Using the funnel method how did the environment and human condition of the people in South America change Ernesto “Che” Guevara’s life as he traveled with his friend Alberto through the continent of South America?

    Body Paragraph One-

What was Ernesto’s perspective on life before he journeyed through South America? Before Ernesto journeyed through South America with his friend Alberto, he was very easy going and had the opinion that everything in the world was great and no changes needed to be made to the way in which society conducted itself. Ernesto also had the perspective on life that everyone was financially stable and no one was financially struggling or living in poverty. Guevara also had the opinion that everyone had enough money to fulfill their own dreams or fulfill the task they hoped to complete in their lifetime.

    Body Paragraph Two-

What was Ernesto’s perspective on life after he completed his travels through South America? Ernesto’s travels through South America changed his life drastically. Before his trip Guevara felt that everyone was financially stable and society and the world was fine the way it was. However as Guevara began to travel through South America that all changed; Ernesto began to feel that people were not treated fairly and there was too much of a difference between the poor and the rich. “Che” also began to feel that there should be unity in the world. As he traveled he noticed that the poor were given unclean cramped boats when traveling by sea while the rich sailed on the sea on a much cleaner ship that was about 10 times the size of the poor man’s boat and had cabins big enough to fit 1-2 people comfortably.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Body Paragraph Three-

What were some of the things that Ernesto saw that altered his perspective of life? One of the things that Ernesto saw that changed his perspective of life was the way leprosy patients were separated from the doctors’ barracks by a deep river. Ernesto felt that this as unjust and when he was told that he was supposed to wear gloves when treating leprosy patients he also felt that he could not fully connect with a patient if something was separating him from fully treating the patient, which in this case would ne the latex glove doctors were encouraged to wear. Another thing that altered Ernesto’s perspective of life was the way in which the poor were treated. When he was at a mine in Chile and saw the way supervisors were ordering men to get on the truck to work without giving them water in a very hot climate, Ernesto felt that the human conditions were sever when it came to the way these men were be treated.

    Body Paragraph Four-

What actions did Ernesto take to show that he advocated for the unity of all people including the poor and the rich. Ernesto did numerous things to show that he advocated for the unity of all people. While Guevara celebrated his birthday at the San Pablo Leprosy Center he decided that it wasn’t okay for him to only celebrate his birthday on the doctor’s side of the river. So at nighttime while his birthday party was still taking place he took a courageous dive into the river and successfully swam to the other side of the river where he said “he had wanted to spend his birthday on the other side.” When Ernesto successfully completed the journey he understood that all people should be united, the healthy and the sick, the poor and the rich, and the diseased and the undispersed.

    Thesis Statement-

In conclusion, Ernesto”Che” Guevara’s life was changed by the environment and human condition of the people in South America as he and Alberto traveled through the continent because it caused him to understand that there should be unity in the world and no person should ever be above another person because of their financial status or because of a sickness or disease that they may have.

Alberto and Ernesto went through a lot during this trip. They experienced so many types of climate and cultures in every area of South America. In this trip it was between life and death because, there were chances that they wouldn't even come alive home to there families. During this trip Ernesto did learn a lot though. This trip had also taken more than a year, so they learned a lot on many life styles, agriculture, traditions, etc.
The places in South America that they went to were very long days of going through them. The climate was really rough sometimes. Such as in Lago Frias- Argentina. It was snowing very hard, but that did not stop them from continuing there trip and there goal. Once got to Tremuco- Chile the sun was brighter than ever. He learned the types of food that the markets sell in Chile. They sold clams, fish, and more seafoods. Alberto and Ernesto liked these types of food that they also took pictures with the sales man and the product.
The climate was changing during the passage. They would go through windy, rainy, snowy, cloudy, and sunny days. It all depended where they were going. Ernesto learned his ways around. Also each place he headed toward he had learned little by little what each place was about. When he went to San Pablo- Peru, he learned about the dances they dance such as the Mambo. He kind of learned the steps but he wasn't really good at it. Either way he wasn't much of a type dance. At San Pablo he had also realized that in that area he was in, it was not as healthy as it seem to be. Ernesto got to attend some patients and got to help them. He had also learned about more sicknesses that go around South America had kind of how to prevent them.
All these things that went on the passage it had changed Ernesto's human condition with the people in South America because he now knows there way of living. Also there traditions. He now knows how to respect one another because he knows the people's character traits and how they treat each other and family members. When he first went to San Pablo he was suppost to wear these certain gloves, but Ernesto refused to. When he got there people were seeming to become not that much along with Alberto and Ernesto since they did not respect there rules of there land. But then later on since Alberto and Ernesto were a very big help even without the gloves, they were excepted they were they came in on there land.
Ernesto's life also changed a lot because after the passage his life we different. Many people honored him and he wasn't a regular person like everyone else. He was very well known after Alberto's and his long trip. Their trip took more than a year. But it was more than a year of success and respect with everyone they went to go visit. During the trip also they were honored for all there survival and hard work to get around.
This trip made Ernesto realize that the world around him isn't such a beautiful world after all. In South America he noticed that many people were going through poverty and suffering of hunger and many more effective things. People all around are going through this. Not just South America, the world isn't as lovely as it sounds. There also isn't that many curable things hen someone is really sick or has a terrible illness.
South America has a different way of living just like America does to many other places. Every place has it's own traditions and cultures. Whether they are unusual or very common. In the end, you learn something new just like Ernesto learned something new each time he went to a new place. Alberto and Ernesto were had very good survival skills. Thats also something new to learn that may help you one day in the future. They both are inspiring and should be honorable to everyone.

Change is the process in which you want to conduct yourself in new ways.Environment is where people and/or land animals live. Condition describes the way people live. How do you think the environment changed Ernesto during his travels through South America? Ernesto saw how the people of South America lived and the people of South America taught him how to use the environment to better his life.

Ernesto adjusted to life in South America very easy. For example, the people of South America helped him by showing him how to farm the land, pick crops, and use different transportation. Ernesto took the information the people gave him and shared it with Alberto. Many people of South America could see that Ernesto was a foreign person in this part of the world. In addition, the people taught him how to live without modern-day things like cell phones, cars, lights, and other things he was used to having. Therefore, that is how South America changed Ernesto so much so that he shared his new experience with the people he knew.

Moreover, Ernesto found the region very interesting. In addition, he gave the people of South America the idea that he could not stay away from technology. So they showed him how he would have to live without these things and laid down the law for him. Ernesto understood very well and followed their instructions exactly. That is how the region affected Ernesto.

Movement was difficult for Ernesto. He struggled with the poor people of South America. For example, he saw people being kicked out of their homes. Moreover, landlords were forcing people to become refugees and work for very little money. That type of treatment to the people devistated Ernesto while he was in South America.

The location of South America affected Ernesto because he was not use to how the people lived there. People thought of him as a tresspasser and he had a difficult time fitting in. Ernesto did not really notice all of the wierd feedback that he received from others. Somehow he managed to tune them out until he adapted to the envrionment. Ernesto never really fit in with the people and where they were located.

The people of South America interacted with the environment very well. They even taught Ernesto a few things. For example, they taught him how to build huts. Actually, learning how to build huts was easy for Ernesto. Moreover, hee really did not realize what he learned until just before he had passed away. In addition, he really loved people of South America and the things that he learned. Ernesto kept the people and his experience in South America most mearest and dearest to his heart.

In conclusion Ernesto has really been affected by all of the teachings he learned. He learned many new ways to love. He did not give up and stayed with any thing that he did not know. He saw all of the poverty and suffuring that people of South America went through. Lastly, Ernesto was really affected by his environment and his peers.

    Final Essay For The Year

Ernesto "Che" Guevara was a young medical student, who traveled throughout South America. Continent is one of the main landmasses of the globe, usually reckoned as seven in number.
Environment is the aggregate of surrounding things, conditions, or influences or also known as just your surroundings. All these words lead up to Ernesto "Che" Guevara's journey throughout South America as he witnessed poverty. Also of how it changed him as he saw how much they were in need.

Ernesto "Che" Guevara was from Argentina which is the second largest country in South America, after Brazil. He was a smart man who wanted to tour South America.Seeing all the people with diseases and and sicknesses made him realize something that he hadn't realized. He learned a valuable life lesson.Leading him to help all the people in poverty.

Roberto and Ernesto were both poor young men. For example when they settled in on a country they had no money so they had to ask a man to get a place to stay. They man turned them down and cursed at them because they where dirty and raggedy. They started out there journey as young men who had nothing else on there minds but themselves.Roberto only cared about women, getting drunk, and partying.

While on there adventure Ernesto meet an old woman who was sick and very ill.He tried everything in his possession to help the woman but he couldn't.She was very close to almost dying. There was nothing he could do though even though he really wanted to help.He went on and had to walk away.

Ernesto and Roberto saw the people in need and wanted to help but he couldn't.Ernesto realized that no one was going to hep them that is why he had to do something about it.If he just sat around like everyone else then no one would have been cured. That is why Ernesto helped the people also because he had love for them he couldnt just let them suffer

It was June 8th when Ernesto arrived in San Pablo. He was there to cure an infectious disease
called Leprosy. He saw how much they suffered from poverty. They were not being treated correctly and were not being cured. They were suffering and no one cared.

In conclusion Ernesto learned a valuable lesson. He learned to sacrifice himself for other people so that they can get the help they needed.Ernesto became a more hard working mature persevering person. He started to push himself for what he wanted.Ernesto became more strong and also helpful. He saw the people in need so he helped them.

Environment means the external factors influencing life and activities such as plants, people, and animals. Condition is a state of physical fitness or general health. Continent is any of the seven large continuous land masses. Don't you know that some people can change with the kind of emotional experience from other things or people? Ernesto's life changed in just a matter of time.
Ernesto went to different places such as his girlfriend’s house. It was big and it had many people inside. It also had a big lawn in the front and back of the house. Ernesto had a great time with his girlfriend and was very overwhelmed by love. Until he got the letter from his girlfriend later on.
In the region that they were in it had grasslands, sandy roads, and plains. Also it had a lot of Spanish speakers and also different cultures that were different from him. Also there were specific rules that he had to follow. For instance, Ernesto couldn't eat food because he had to go and be blessed. Well, that wasn't his religion so he couldn't eat food.
As he kept traveling, he noticed that people were treated the wrong way. For instance, some families were kicked out of their homes and now their walking miles to find a new job. Ernesto became very upset how people were treated just because they were different from others. So he helped them out and gave communists fifteen American dollars. Now he tries to help other people by respecting them no matter what kind of color skin or religion.
South America's relative location is south of North America and west of Africa. The absolute location is seventy five degrees and approximately eight degrees. Finding the location of South America is important because if you don't no the locations of Peru, Venezuela, and Columbia, then you won't be able to know how he got there and what kind of transportation had to be used to get to certain areas. Location is also important to know which direction you need to follow in order to get to your destination. That's why location is important.
Ernesto used 4 different kinds of transportations. First he used his motorcycle during the beginning of the movie. Next, he used walking for most of the time. Then, he asked people to drive him places. Lastly, he used a boat and raft to get through the water.
As Ernesto and Alberto were going to get separated, Alberto finally saw the good in him. Ernesto had bigger dreams of helping people in need. His plan worked for a while. Until the CIA from America captured him and killed him. Afterwards, people in South America have been using Ernesto as merchandise for his great accomplishments.

Ernesto "Che" Guevera set off for an adventure with his friend Alberto. They traveled through South Americas middle countries hoping to reach their destination, Venezuela. During their travels, they've seen many physical features of the land and all the people who lived in them. During this trip, Ernesto learned many things to make him the way he was after his adventures with Alberto.

Their reason to travel was to heal people. Ernesto was almost a doctor and Alberto was a bio-chemist. But after day after day, they grew weary, and both of them had to take it slow. This delayed their journey for a while. They climbed of many mountains and walk through several harsh areas such as deserts.During the delays they've seen many people. Mostly poor and sick. But strong in spirit, socially good, and strong when united. This is one of the most important things that Ernesto learned. That the people of South America are strong when united.

As they encountered more people on their journey, they met many indigenousness people. They are very nomadic and follow ancient traditions. They also live in places where they are away from the cities. They live on mountains that are very isolated from any city. They also may live in forests or highlands. They're proud of what they do but have little or no education other than their traditions. They are also of the same ancestry. The lesson that Ernesto learned here is that mostly everyone in South America is from the same blood.

During their travels, they have met people in the most uninhabitable places. For example, they met two people walking in the desert just to find jobs. They also said that they were exiled for being a communist. Back then, what made South America so specific was that the region allowed communism. People in this area also go through hardship due to governments, land owners, dictators, etc.

When they finally reached San Pablo, they helped most of the people on the road they followed. This includes they islands where leprosy patients are. They used bikes, motorcycles, boats, cars, trucks, and walked their way there. There were a few problems there but they eventually made friends with the people there. They all had fun when Ernesto and Alberto were there. When they left, Ernesto learned that even the people who went through the most troubling challenges are still spirited.

In conclusion, Ernesto learned many things on his journey. He learned that the people of South America are spirited. He also learned that they are strong when they are united. He learned that they are of the same blood and that they should not be treated differently and all of them are equal.

The environment, or the natural world where living organisms inhabit, of South America changed Ernesto “Che” Guevara’s life as he was traveling the length of South America. Not only this one aspect altered Guevara, the human condition or the experiences of being a human being socially, culturally and personally, also affected him as well. To clearly explain the different changes that took place during this journey, the five themes of geography or place, region, human-environment, location, and movement, must be used. How does much does Che actually change after this trip around South America? Ernesto Guevara dramatically changes in his point of views and ideas of the world while on this amazing adventure because of the environment and human conditions located in South America.
The place, or the characteristics of a certain area, had dramatically altered Ernesto’s life. When they first ventured out of the comfortable urban life in the city of Buenos Aires, both Alberto and Ernesto were accustomed to city-life. However, as the two adventurers traveled into other countries such as Peru, their environment completely changed, shifting their point of view of the world. It was somewhat like traveling into another galaxy, exotic and new. The two young men changed for the better since they became closer to the nature around them; familiarized with what lies outside their world of the city. In doing this they also became more tolerant towards the other cultures or lifestyles that are apart of their lifestyles. The physical characteristic of their venture changed Ernesto completely. For example, seeing the ancient ruins from Machu Picchu made them feel nostalgia for a place which they have never seen before. Che became angry at the modernization that plagued so many parts of the world. Modernization destroyed part of the ruins and the old cities like Cuzco, which Ernesto had come to love. Ernesto changed because of these physical and human characteristics of South America
The regions, or separations between areas, also shaped his life as well. It leads him to discover the very large gap between the rich and the poor or ill. During his harsh journey, he experienced poverty like no other in places like Cuzco where the citizens did not have even a penny. There was usually a large invisible dividing line between the rich and the poor’s living areas. This barrier is somewhat like regions, separating a whole into different pieces. The healthy and ill were also well separated as well. In San Pablo, Ernesto observed the leper colony and their doctors separated by a river. To close this gap, Ernesto chose to bring these people together by helping the poor and ill. This experience brought about the idea of social change in countries all around the world. This partially led to him becoming a revolutionary
The human-environment interaction in the countries that he visited while on his trip was influential to Ernesto’s transformation into a new individual. Many poor families needed to work on the crops and the livestock, rather than go to school. On the other hand, the rich lived in mansions with colossal gates doing white-collar jobs that had high salaries. This horrible fact changed Ernesto’s life since now he understands the pain of the poverty struck citizens of South America. Che also observed the land of many poor individuals, which they have lived on and farmed on for many years, taken away from them by corporations that want to create a site for commercial livestock or crop raising centers. This has changed Ernesto’s very soul since now he realizes how ignorant the rich are in their treatment of the poor. In turn, because of things such as this, Ernesto believed in Marxism.

Environment is your surroundings. Human condition is the conditions in which people live in. The five themes of geography are what geographers use to describe places, people or topics. Ernesto’s life was changed by the environment and human conditions, Ernesto’s change could be explained using the five themes of geography.

Firstly, Ernesto was very quiet before. But, after he saw the environment he changed. Ernesto changed because he saw how badly people were struggling in South America. Ernesto saw Rich and poor and he thought it should not be that way. This is how the environment changed Ernesto.

Secondly, Place also changed Ernesto. Place changed Ernesto because of the people he talked to. This affected Ernesto because he saw how people were struggling in South America. This changed him. He also saw how rich people acted as if they had the world.

Also location affected Ernesto’s change. The location took a big role in Ernesto’s change. It did because it took place in South America. This made Ernesto want to help the people who needed it in South America.

Plus Ernesto had a friend. This changed Ernesto a lot. The reason it did was because Alberto and him were always together. This made him realize not a lot of people have that. Also that in South America it’s not easy if you’re poor to have a friend that helps.

Also his parents changed him. He was very lost when the trip began, but his parents let him go. This helped him learn the lessons he needed to.

Lastly, these are the things that changed Ernesto. His friends changed him. His family changed him. Also the five themes of geography changed him.

Ernesto and Alberto were good friends and used to live comfortably with rich people. They were used to not living in bad conditions. they were middle class. There are things that Ernesto had learned.Ernesto and Alberto went to South America to help people from great sickness. South America is located at the south of North America and the north of the south Atlantic Ocean.
